     I offer attorney assistance in medical cases. I can provide more for your case for much less than a physician and I will get the facts that help you understand the hard points of the issues. Small case or large my services provide expert medical case review.

     As a Legal Nurse Consultant I can assist you by helping you to determine the route to take in investigating and understanding a medical case. I am  college trained in medical cases. Missing documents, falsified records, questionable records and procedures/protocol are some of what I look for when examining your evidence. Whether it be suspected malpractice, personal injury, fraud, or a simple review for merit, I can help discover what needs to be brought to light. I do the analysis to identify issues, document these issues and educate on the key medical areas of your case.

 SOME OF MY EXPERIENCE

     I am based in Birmingham, Alabama. I have 25 years of nursing experience, 13 years of it as chief clinician for some top names in cardiothoracic surgery. I also have medical insurance experience, extensive understanding of chart audits, standards of care reviews and case management.

     I have handled many legal cases in the United States over the years for the defense and plaintiff. I have also worked closely with the FBI, OIG, various states attorneys and others on successful qui-tam and other types of cases identifying fraud and other abuses.

     I have the experience and extensive contacts to get the information and experts needed to find the truthful answers. I never subcontract anything. All cases are handled by myself personally. This is not a sideline profession for me, as it is for most other nurse consultants, so you may be assured that I will focus my attention on your case.
